Deposits: Deposits are $200 to get on our waiting list. You are more than welcome to contact us if you would like to be placed on a waiting list for a puppy. Once a litter is born, we will contact everyone who is on our waiting list in the order that we received the requests (ie: if Jane requests to be put on the waiting list in January of 2026, and Mark requests in June of 2026, we will contact Jane first). If we do not receive a response within 24 hours, we will move on. We then put the puppies on hold in the order in which we receive responses. Once the puppies are four weeks old, we require an additional $300 ($50 for pups from our GSP Nina) deposit towards the puppy. All deposits go towards the full price of the puppy.
Pricing: Our cavalier fur babies are $1,800 regardless of sex or color. German Shorthaired Pointer babies from Nina are $500 regardless of sex or color. Once Sage reaches two years old, we will determine the cost of her little ones. If you wish to have breeding rights, it is available to some for an additional cost. Please make sure to state that you are wishing to have full rights. Our Cavalier King Charles Spaniels are all AKC registered, as are their puppies. Our German Shorthaired Pointer babies from Nina are not registered, which is why they are prices as low as they are. We have not set a price on our fur babies from our pointer female, Sage.
Forms of Payment: We always accept cash. We also accept personal check, cashier's check, and money order if it can be received from buyer two weeks before scheduled pick-up. CashApp, PayPal, and Venmo are accepted as long as they are sent via friends and family.
Travel: We do not ship our puppies cargo. You are welcome to fly to the Charlotte International Airport to pick up your baby. We are also willing to fly out to you to meet you, and deliver your baby. The additional charge for flying does vary, and will be determined once we set the date for when the puppy will be ready to fly. Prices vary from $900-$1,500 for flying. We also offer driving out to meet you. The first 50 miles are free (so you get 100 round trip miles free). After that it is $3 per mile, and only up to 300 miles one way (so 600 round trip). Which means that a 600 round trip mile would be an additional $750 which is due before delivery date. Please let us know ahead of time if you are wanting to meet, so I can plan the day off to drive out to meet you.
Go Home Day: Puppies can go home once they are nine weeks old. We will keep your puppies for no additional cost until the weekend of eleven weeks old. Meaning, if they turn eleven weeks on a Wednesday, we will keep them until the Sunday following, without additional fees. If for any reason, you are wanting the puppy to stay with us additional time, we charge $25 a day. We also request full payment (including whatever additional days the puppy will be staying) by the time the puppy is 8 weeks old.
